The Lately List

Hello you wonderful people :)

You are creative and inspiration seeking people, so you must be able to relate to me a bit.  While I search and bookmark and pin other peoples blogs, my obsessions and joys change and grow.
I have also realized, that most of my posts are just when I (finally) finish a project, which are usually a long time in the making.

So The Lately List will be a relatively short post that comes every so often, showing brief pictures and maybe little stories recent little loves. You, dearest readers, can expect to see a picture of something inspiring in my real life, something inspiring me online, something I am working on at the moment, some music or movies I am totally digging, and an inspiring quote every post (and sometimes, maybe something a little extra or different, who knows!).  I hope this makes me more consistent with my blogging and I really hope you can find some inspiration from me, because I am always so inspired by other bloggers online! Lets spread that love around!

So here goes!

In Progress:

I am making a sweater made out of this awesome lavender coloured cotton/ acrylic blend. My goal is to have it done in 2 and a half weeks. I am less than half way done now and have been "working" on it for about a month... its crunch time! Post hopefully to come soon!

A fun fact about me is that I actually love cold weather. So it is a good think I am proudly Canadian and get to spend half my life in negative degrees. Something I love about the spring/summer though, is garage sales. I got this adorable little leather vintage purse for $3 at the best garage sale I have ever been to.

My greatest dream is to move to St Johns. St Johns is the capital of the Canadian Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.  I Just want to be a Newfie and watch the tide come in, and sing with whales and listen to people with awesome accents.

For now, while I don't live in Newfoundland, I spend my time listening to Great Big Sea (an awesome band from my dream province). Which usually makes me even more excited to live there.

It was my high school year book graduation quote and has stuck with me since. A good little reminder of what is important in life.

Have a good weekend!
